Bathroom Light Pull Cord Not Working
Work that can be carried out that is not in the bathroom or kitchen consists of.
Bathroom light pull cord not working. Shower chord not working hi the shower pull chord which controls the power to the shower has stopped working. They are commonly used as bathroom light switches and used in environments susceptible to water to keep the user as far away from the circuit as possible hence the string pull. Carefully reattach the wires from the switch to the light remembering to pair black to black and ground to ground. Light pulls also known as a pull cord switch are operated using a string to activate the switch.
Ok so when pulling the cord there was no click and neither did the light go on so i twisted the round cover off the pullcord thingy from our bathroom light and took the 2 screws off to take. When the chord is pulled it does not switch the switch on that gives the shower power. Adding additional lighting light fittings and switches to an existing circuit adding additional sockets and fused spurs to an existing ring or radial main and installing additional earth bonding. The light cord in my bathroom is not working it was working earlier but now it does not click when i pull the cord i have changed the bulb but still does not work.
